Crossline has an effective Compliance system. Hence organized an independent compliance section of 60 trained personnel under a director. They audit regularly their own factories and try to find out violations including documentation.

No child labor is employed, fire fighting drills are done regularly, working hours are recorded with electronic time attendance card, payments are made on‐time as per law. Doctors are giving free treatment to workers and child care center is maintained.

Employee Recruitment Policy

The policy of this company is to recruit only adult workers with a minimum age of 18 years. No discrimination based on gender, race, religion/area, reed of credo, complexion, nationality, etc is made during recruitment. HRD officials preliminarily screens new workers. Training

Supervisor and personnel staff are trained on labor laws. Personnel Policies, welfare matters and health saftey issuses of the workplace etc.

Active / Participation Committee

Participation Committee looks after the Interests and Problems of The Employees and the Owner. They put forward proposals; Suggestions ventilate Grievances & complaints, (if any).
